“We are a people — One people…. When we sink, we become a revolutionaryproletariat, the subordinate officers of a revolutionary party;when we rise, there rises also our terrible power of the purse.”

— Theodore Herzl, “A Jewish State,” pp. 5, 23.

THE PROTOCOLS OF THE ELDERS OF ZION Complete PDF

The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, also known as Secrets of the Sages of Zion, Protocols of the Wise Men of Zion or simply The Protocols, is a widely-distributed document, which describes a purported plan for world domination by International Jewry.

The document surfaced in Russia, where it is said to have arrived via France and was published by Sergei Nilus during the early 20th century—it has since been translated into numerous other languages and is read widely across the world.

Serge Nilus

The document is alleged to have been secret minutes–also called protocols–from the First Zionist Congress held at Basel, Switzerland in August 1897 conveyed and presided by Theodore Herzl . Herzl acted as chairperson of the Congress which was attended by some 200 participants from seventeen countries

Antagonists state on the other hand that these 24 “protocols” are a “forgery”, and specifically that they were plagiarised from a satire written against Napoleon III by French polemicist Maurice Joly. The entirety of the case against The Protocols’ rests on the contention that they are a “forgery” of the Czarist secret Police, the Okhrana , for the purpose of fomenting anti-Semitism, especially at a time when Jews were identified with the growing revolutionary movement in Russia.

Maurice Joly

According to the Protocols, non-Jews are mentally inferior to Jews and can’t run their nations properly. Therefore, the Protocols advocate the abolishment of the governments of all non-Jewish nations and their replacement with a single world government.

THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF THE PROTOCOLS IS THE DESTRUCTION OF NON JEWISH NATIONS AND THEIR REPLACEMENT WITH A JEWISH WORLD GOVERNMENT

This will take a long time and involve much bloodshed, but “the price is worth it” according to the Protocols. The protocols propose a series of things things Jewry will need to do to achieve its plans for world domination These are divided into twenty six Chapters or “Protocols” Implementation of the measures , according to the Protocols, willcause the non-Jews to become so angry with their governments (because Jews will blame them for the resulting mess) that they will gladly have Jews take over .The Jewish secret leaders (i.e the Elders of Zion) will then appoint a Jew to be king of the world, hoping that the remaining non-Jews will bow down and sing his praises.

First print of Nilus’s book The Great within the Small

The book in which The Protocols of the elders of Zion are embodied was first published in the year 1897 by Philip Stepanov for private circulation among his intimate friends. The first time Sergei Nilus published them was in 1901 in a book called The Great Within the Small and reprinted in 1905. A copy of this is in the British Museum bearing the date of its reception, August 10, 1906. All copies that were known to exist in Russia were destroyed in the Kerensky regime, and under his successors the possession of a copy by anyone in Soviet land was a crime

The first translation from the Russian into English was published by Eyre and Spottiswoode , official printers of the British government, in 1920. Victor E.Marsden, who had previously represented a London newspaper in Russia, made another translation about the same time.

The Times (of London) on May 8, 1920 in a long article said, “An impartial investigationof these would be documents and of their history is most desirable . The MorningPost (then the oldest and soberest British newspaper) published twenty-three articles, also calling for investigation. In The Spectator on August 27, 1921, Lord Sydenham, a foremost authority of that day, also urged investigation: In America Mr. Henry Ford, declaring that “the Protocols have fitted the world situation up to this time; they fit it now”, caused his Dearborn Independent to publish a series of articles ultimately resulted in the book The International Jew

The simplest way to investigate in the 1920s an event held in 1897 would have been to simply question all the delegates of the first Zionist . Herzl himself had died in 1904 but surely most of the other delegates would have been alive in the 1920s If even one of the 200 delegates (few of whom were non Jews) even suspected such discussions happened a complete investigation could follow No Govt or agency in Europe bothered to officially question either Philip Stepanaov or Nilus as to the source of the documents. Conversely no Govt sought to investigate the Tsarist , Kerensky or Bolshevik Govts to see if the Okhrana had indeed cooked up the documents resembling the Protocols Trying to judge its veracity now (as a Russian Court tried to) is absurd and a waste of time as all the relevant parties are long dead and no conclusive proof can be found one way or the orther
