A Ukrainian news crew recently shot footage in the city of Mariupol which some believe shows an American military contractor dressed as a Ukrainian soldier.
In the video a reporter attempts to communicate with the man but he puts his hand in front of the camera and says “outta my face”.
The soldier’s uniform does not appear to be the standard Ukrainian uniform.
There are reports that the man was identified through social media as British-born Leon Swampy, a military contractor.
