HAARP, An Invisible Killer

The extremely visible spraying in our skies is a very recognizable threat, but what about the immensely powerful radio frequency transmissions put out by ionosphere heater installations like HAARP? 

Though these transmissions are not visible, they pose an immense threat to our planet and all life on it. HAARP and all the rest of the ionosphere heaters located around the globe are weapons of mass destruction, period.
