Share this message with everyone who is ready to deprogram their heart and mind from the false reality they are just now realizing they were unwittingly indoctrinated into.
It is imperative that I share with you this special 2-hour broadcast of The Hour of the Time (episode #952) which aired an important lecture given by William "Bill" Cooper at the annual Intelligence Service and Citizens Agency for Joint Intelligence (CAJI) News Service Conference in Norman, Oklahoma on August 19, 1996.
It is among the most important lectures I have ever heard, and will make a great primer to share with your family and friends who haven't fully woken up yet, but who are hungry for veritas and have relevant questions about the subversion of truth and re-writing of history, about our nation's founding documents, our Republican form of government vs. Democracy, socialism and the communist infiltration, constitutional money vs. the private Federal Reserve system, private property vs. fraudulent rental agreements, the lawful separation of powers, lawful judicial jurisdiction vs. military jurisdiction and the federal district courts of admiralty law, the differences of the words "shall" and "may" in legal terminology, lawful declared war vs. undeclared war, the militia and gun control, unalienable vs. inalienable rights, sovereign human beings vs. corporate entities, and the real meaning of Freedom.
This lecture could have been given today and is even more relevant in our time than it was in 1996. The message transcends time and will plant seeds of truth in the minds of men and women everywhere, because we can't possibly fix anything unless we first know exactly what the problem is. Samuel Adams said, "It does not take a majority to prevail . . . but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds
of men."

Consider that the influence of politics on memory is seen in the way that history is written and passed on, and with that said, recall that the late British Prime Minister Winston Churchill is purported as saying, "History is written by the victors."

William Cooper served with honor in two branches of the United States Armed Forces: the Strategic Air Command, United States Air Force, holding a Top Secret "Q" clearance for critical nuclear weapons sensitive information, and a Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) clearance—an "above Top Secret" classification—serving as a member of the Intelligence Briefing Team for the Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet (CINCPACFLT), Admiral Bernard A. Clarey.
He was also a member of the Office of Naval Security and Intelligence—the nation's oldest intelligence agency—serving as a Harbor and River Patrol Boat Captain at Danang and the Dong Ha River Security Group, Cua Viet, Republic of Vietnam. William Cooper was awarded several medals for his leadership and heroism during combat including two with "V" for Valor.
After achieving the rank of First Class Petty Officer, QM1, E-6 after only 8 years of service, Cooper received an honorable discharge on December 11, 1975. He then attended Long Beach City College before founding the largest and most successful private citizens' intelligence-gathering organization in the United States. He was a loving husband and father, an accomplished photographer, an educator, a documentarian, investigative researcher, radio talk show host, author, lecturer, Christian, patriot, and devout defender of Freedom for all.
One of his favorite sayings was:
Mr. Cooper also revealed on his radio broadcast the empirical evidence implicating the FBI and BATFE in the murder of 76 Branch Davidians in a Seventh Day Adventist church at the Mount Carmel Center Ranch near Waco, Texas in 1993, and the subsequent stonewalling of the investigation, nullification of witnesses, and cover-up of the Branch Davidians' last will and testament.
From Cooper's biography:
In March of 1999, William sent his family outside the United States for their safety.
The information here will help to pull some of those in the unfortunate majority out from behind the veil of disinformation, misinformation, and indoctrination.

Before I heard this recording, the most important of William Cooper's broadcasts—for me personally—had always been episode #2 from January 5, 1993, entitled "Creator-Endowed Rights," which detailed the cornerstone upon which this nation was built, the fact that our human rights are inherent, granted by God, constitutionally-protected, and not revokable privileges granted by fallible men in positions of authority.

"If you take the rights of one, you take the rights of all."Shortly after Cooper's intelligence organization published their investigation uncovering irrefutible evidence of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives' involvement in the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah federal building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, an official White House memo issued by the Clinton Administration named William Cooper as "...the most dangerous radio host in America." Mr. Cooper considered William Jefferson Clinton's pronouncement to be the greatest compliment that he had ever received.
William Cooper's FBI file, promulgated by the investigation required by his security clearances while in military service, was one of those unlawfully in possession of the White House in what has become known as, "Filegate". Shortly after this discovery President Clinton ordered all federal agencies to begin investigation, persecution and prosecution of Mr. Cooper, to shut him up.
After years of filing FOIA requests and researching the IRS, William Cooper brought suit against the IRS in Federal District Court in Phoenix Arizona to force the IRS to produce proof of jurisdiction and delegation of authority, which the IRS was unable to do. To short-circuit Mr. Cooper's attempt to reveal the true nature of the criminal IRS, and to carry out the orders of the White House, the agency lied to a Grand Jury, not allowing William Cooper to testify, and secured indictments against Mr. Cooper and his wife Annie. This ploy successfully stopped Mr. Cooper from continuing his suit against the criminal IRS for fear of being arrested.I have never learned more from any other single person, living or dead, than I have from this man. His book Behold A Pale Horse, the #1 best-selling underground book of all time and the most stolen book in the United States—promoted only by word of mouth by People of all races, religions, and nationalities—forever clarified my understanding of some of the most important suppressed and documented information in American and world history.
In March of 1999, William sent his family outside the United States for their safety.
He lived and worked alone for the next two years until he was killed in a SWAT raid by the Apache County Sheriff's Department during an unannounced and unlawful assault on his home on November 5, 2001, two months after correctly predicting that a terrorist attack on New York City would be falsely blamed on Osama bin Laden in order to promulgate an economic war in the Middle East.
He is now buried on a hill in Eagar, Arizona.
