Everywhere he goes, Pope Francis attracts worshipful crowds of people, straining and reaching to touch any part of him as if something spiritual and holy could be imparted to them by doing so. Pope Francis has no power to perform any miracles of any kind, yet the throngs of people come and worship at his feet as if they were in the presence of Jesus Himself. How does the Pope react to all this attention, does he tell them that he is only a man and then point them to Jesus? No, he does not. Francis allows them to pay him homage, and accepts their worship as if that was his due.

Russia to Pass a Law Formally Dumping the U.S. Dollar

WWIII STARTS Israel Conducts Airstrikes at Syrian Artillery Near Damascus

Israel attacked a position of the Syrian Army that helped repel militants’ offensive, according to a military source. After that, the militants launched another attack.
BEIRUT (Sputnik) — The Israeli Air Force has carried out airstrikes against an artillery position of the Syrian Army near the town of Zabadani, around 45 km (28 miles) from Syria’s capital Damascus, a military source told Sputnik on Thursday.

“Israeli Air Force planes carried out airstrikes at an artillery position belonging to the Syrian Army,” the source said. “The artillery was used to help the army repel attacks from militants in the eastern part of Zabadani.”

The source added that Islamist militants attacked Syrian army positions on the east side of Zabadani in the early hours of Thursday. The Syrian military, supported by the artillery shelling, managed to repel the attack after a three-hour battle.

150 Students Walk Out Of School In Protest Of Trans Student Using Ladies Locker Room

More than 150 students walked out of Hillsboro High School over a dispute about the use of the girl’s locker room by a transgender student.
